        International orders (from Egypt to Saudi Arabia): delivered within 30-45 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Pre-order orders (e.g., handicrafts\/curtains\/furniture\/upholstery): Delivery time may be up to 45-60 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Possible delay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Some orders may be delayed for manufacturing or shipping reasons. In these cases, delivery may take up to 120 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Deliveries are made during the weekdays from Sunday to Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We offer free shipping for orders over 5,000 EGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              In the event of cancellation after entering the manufacturing stage, 50% will be deducted from the order value as administrative and seriousness fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Orders can only be cancelled if the delivery time exceeds 120 working days and the product has not been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
