To ensure successful delivery of your order, please provide us with a clear delivery address that includes:

Street name.

City and province.

Local orders (within Egypt): Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days depending on the geographical area.

International orders (from Egypt to Saudi Arabia): delivered within 30-45 business days.

Pre-order orders (e.g., handicrafts/curtains/furniture/upholstery): Delivery time may be up to 45-60 working days.

Possible delay:

Some orders may be delayed for manufacturing or shipping reasons. In these cases, delivery may take up to 120 business days.

Deliveries are made during the weekdays from Sunday to Thursday.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery schedule.

  1. Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for orders over 5,000 EGP.

Orders less than this are subject to a specific shipping fee depending on the geographic area.

  2. Cancel orders:

Custom or pre-order orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

In the event of cancellation after entering the manufacturing stage, 50% will be deducted from the order value as administrative and seriousness fees.

Orders can only be cancelled if the delivery time exceeds 120 working days and the product has not been received.

  1. Refuse to receive the request:

If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, 50% will be deducted from the prepaid amount.

  2. Shipping fees for orders within Egypt (less than 5,000 pounds):

Cairo and Giza: 100 pounds.

Alexandria: 150 pounds.

Delta: 150 pounds.

Channel: 150 pounds.

Upper Egypt: 350 pounds.

Shipping charges are determined based on the customer's international location, and the customer will be informed of the costs before order confirmation.

Petaliz guarantees the safety of orders from theft or damage until the customer signs the receipt.

Once the receipt is signed, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.

If the customer is not present at the agreed address, a new delivery date will be set.

If delivery is not possible twice, an additional service fee will be charged.

Products are manufactured according to customer requirements, so please be aware that customized products are non-returnable or non-cancellable after the manufacturing process has begun.
