A- About the product warranty policy:
- Petaliz Warranty Policy helps you stay protected in case of manufacturing defects in materials, design or workmanship after you purchase the product.
- The warranty period for products or accessories will depend on the manufacturer or seller.
- Warranty services provided by sellers or brands other than Petaliz are the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller. This includes availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of repairs. Customers need to contact the brand warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or other inquiries. If the brand warranty service center is not available, Petaliz will assist customers with their claims.
- The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period. If the device was delivered with a warranty card, customers must present it to the service centers to pursue the claim.
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer of your device. In case of delay in resolving warranty claims, customers may claim compensation directly from service providers in accordance with state laws. Petaliz is not responsible for such compensation.
- Warranty repairs will be performed by authorized service centers. In cases where products are purchased through a seller, the terms of the respective seller's warranty will apply.
- Device life cycle may vary, customers may refer to device manual or contact manufacturer for more details.
A.1- Warranty service policy in case of receipt and delivery:
If Petaliz offers pick-up and delivery services (within the areas where the service can be provided) as an additional benefit, the inspection period will be 25 working days, divided as follows: -
From the date of receipt of the product from the customer until its delivery to the seller/service center | 6 working days |

note: Pick-up and delivery services provided by Petaliz are additional services, and Petaliz reserves the right to charge customers for this service. The service is provided at Petaliz's discretion, and Petaliz reserves the right to discontinue it.
Warranty Pickup and Delivery Instructions:
- Customers must ensure that the product is packed in its original box and securely packaged. Petaliz is not responsible for any damages during transportation if the packaging is not appropriate.
- Customers must provide the product and its accessories to the delivery company upon receipt (including, but not limited to, earphones, battery and charger).
- The address provided during warranty claim will be used for both pickup and delivery. For any changes to this address, please contact Petaliz Customer Service. Changes will be subject to availability of delivery partners.
- If the product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, customers will be eligible for a replacement or refund. Replacement and refund decisions are made by the brand's service provider or seller and must be claimed directly from them.
- Some service centers may charge an inspection fee if the warranty claim is denied and the product is out of warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid damage or other external causes. Such cases are considered out of warranty.
- If the customer receives a damaged product or missing accessories after service, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.
- Customers are responsible for any personal data on the device. Customers are advised to back up their data, turn off Find My Device and remove any locks/passwords before handing the device in for service.
- The time it takes to obtain device information or customer approval is not included in the inspection period.
- By submitting a product for the Service, customers agree to the use of their contact details by Betalyz and the Service Provider to fulfil the Service requirements.
- Customers confirm that all information provided during warranty claim is correct.
- Any additional accessories (such as SIM cards, screen protectors, covers, stylus pens) provided with the device are the customer's responsibility. Customers must remove these accessories before the device is delivered. Petaliz will not be responsible for any damage or loss of these accessories.
- If the customer refuses to receive the product after processing the warranty request, the product will be held in the Betalyz warehouse for a maximum of 30 calendar days. After this period, Betalyz will dispose of the product. Once disposed of, the customer will not be able to request delivery, and no compensation (including the value of the product) will be provided.
- The contact information registered in the account cannot be changed during a warranty claim and will be used by Petaliz and brand service centers for communication.
A.2 – Warranty provided by brands or sellers:
- The device warranty is provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service provider and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies, which can be found in the user manual or on the manufacturer's official website. To request warranty services, customers must contact the manufacturers or their authorized service centers directly, in accordance with the rules and regulations. - Warranty services provided by brand service centers or resellers are not the responsibility of Betalys. This includes availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of repairs. Customers should contact the warranty service provider directly for complaints or other inquiries.
- Betalys offers its own warranty on some devices to ensure the highest quality of service. Customers can contact us for more information.
Replacement or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the purchase area, and refunds will only be deposited to accounts within the purchase area.

The products listed under the “Bitayz in Minutes” section and displayed on the Bitayz online platform are provided to the customer through third-party sellers, and therefore the following table will be applicable:
