The warranty policy helps you in Betaliz for E-Commerce and Supplies We are committed to protecting you from manufacturing defects in materials or design after product purchase. We strive to clearly explain our customers' rights and obligations to ensure transparent and professional after-sales service.

Overview and basic requirements

  • Warranty period: The warranty period for products or accessories is determined based on the policy of the manufacturer or seller concerned with the product offered on our platform.
  • Proof of purchase: The original invoice must be provided to verify the serial number and purchase date in order to activate the warranty claim, in addition to the warranty card (if it was included with the device).
  • No extension: Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Geographical scope: Replacement or repaired products are shipped only to addresses within the original purchase area.

Manufacturer and seller guarantees

Since the Bitalyz platform acts as a marketplace between the seller and the buyer for some products, please note the following:

  • Responsibility: Warranty services (including availability of spare parts, repair quality, and maintenance time) are the responsibility of the product manufacturer or the seller directly.
  • communication: The customer should contact the brand's authorized service centers directly. If no authorized service center is available, Betaliz will assist in facilitating the claim process.
  • Compensation: In the event that the service provider or manufacturer is late in resolving the warranty issue, the customer has the right to claim compensation directly from the service provider in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the country, and Betaliz bears no responsibility for this compensation.

Pick-up and delivery service for maintenance (additional service)

If Petalize offers product pickup and delivery for maintenance as an added benefit to the customer, the expected timeframe for completing inspection and maintenance is 25 working daysIt is divided as follows:

  • 1. From the date the product is received from the customer until it is delivered to the service center 6 working days
  • 2. Inspection and maintenance time within the brand's service center 14 working days
  • 3. Delivery after inspection/maintenance from the center to the customer 5 working days

*Note: This service is optional and additional. Betalize reserves the right to charge for it or discontinue it at its sole discretion. The above timeframe does not include the time required to obtain customer approvals or device information.

  • Packaging: The customer must ensure the product is placed in its original packaging and securely wrapped. Petalize is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit if the packaging is inadequate.
  • Damaged returned item: If the customer receives a damaged product after servicing or with missing accessories, this must be reported within 48 hours From the date of receipt, no claims will be accepted after this period.

Warranty Exclusions and Restrictions

The product is considered Out of warranty (A service center inspection fee may be charged) in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, falls, or exposure to liquids and moisture.
  • Fractures, unauthorized modifications, or maintenance attempts outside of authorized centers.
  • Any other external causes unrelated to original manufacturing defects.

Important notices for the customer before product delivery:

  • Data protection: The customer is solely responsible for their personal data. A backup should be made, device tracking (such as Find My Device) should be disabled, and all passwords should be removed.
  • Personal accessories: Any additional accessories (SIM card, memory cards, screen protector, outer cases, styluses) must be removed. Petalize is not responsible for the loss or damage of these accessories.

Procedures for non-receipt after maintenance

If the customer refuses or fails to receive their product after the warranty request has been processed and they have been contacted, the product will be kept in Betaliz warehouses for a maximum period of time. 30 calendar days.

After this period, Petalize has the right to dispose of the product entirely. Once disposed of, the customer is not entitled to demand delivery of the product or to claim any monetary or in-kind compensation for its value.

"Betalize in Minutes" Guarantee“

For quick products listed under the “Betalyze in Minutes” section and sold through third-party sellers, the following rules apply:

  • The products are subject to the warranty terms issued by the primary manufacturer.
  • Additional warranty terms provided by the seller (if any) and explicitly stated on the product page during purchase apply.
