- Within 24 Hours of Delivery
If the item was damaged during shipping:

- Report the issue within 24 hours
- Provide at least 3 photos or 1 video clearly showing the damage
- A return request will be issued upon validation
- Within 48 Hours of Delivery
If there are missing parts or visible defects:
- Report within 48 hours
- Describe the issue (damage, fault, or shortage)
- Share 3 photos or 1 video as evidence

- Within 14 Days of Delivery
If you changed your mind (Only for In-Stock Items):
- Applies to in-stock items only (not on-demand/custom items)
- Product must be:
- In its original condition
- In original, sealed packaging
- With all accessories included
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for on-demand/customized items
- Within 30 Days of Delivery
If there is a manufacturing defect:
- Eligible for return within 30 days
- Must show clear signs of a manufacturing fault

- Items not in original packaging or missing accessories
- Products returned after 30 days
