Delivery time and work schedule
- Local orders are ready: Orders are delivered within the Arab Republic of Egypt within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the geographical area.
- Custom orders and advance bookings: Custom-made products (such as curtains, furniture, and furnishings) require a delivery time of 45 to 60 working days from the date of confirmation.
- International Orders (Saudi Arabia): Shipments from Egypt to Saudi Arabia are delivered within 30 to 45 working days.
- Exceptional delay: Some orders may experience delays beyond our control due to force majeure or customs circumstances, and in these rare cases, the duration may reach a maximum of 120 working days.
- Working days: Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday. Public holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery schedule.
Shipping costs and features of "Bosta"“
To ensure fairness and transparency, the shipping cost is calculated automatically upon order completion based on the weight and size of the shipment, and the geographical area (Cairo and Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Upper Egypt, and the border governorates).
- Free Shipping: Petaliz offers free shipping on orders exceeding 5000 Egyptian pounds.
- Shipment inspection: In cooperation with Posta, our customers are allowed to open and inspect the shipment upon receipt to ensure that the product matches the required specifications.
- Cash on delivery: We offer a cash collection service (cash on delivery) for orders valued up to EGP 30,000.
- Tax transparency: All shipping prices displayed during order completion include VAT and there are no hidden charges.
Terms and conditions of receipt
- Title requirements: To ensure the shipment arrives without delay, we must be provided with an accurate address including (governorate, city, street, building/apartment number, and postal code) as well as a working telephone number.
- Shipment responsibility: Petalize guarantees the safety of products from damage or loss until the customer receives them and signs the receipt. Once signed, full responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
- Not present at the address: If the customer is not present at the address, a Posta representative will contact them to schedule an alternative time. If delivery fails twice due to the customer's lack of response, the shipment will be returned and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Cancellation and Refusal to Receive Policy
- Customized products: Custom orders or pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the actual manufacturing stage.
- Unfair cancellation fees: If the customer insists on cancelling a custom order after manufacturing has started, 50% will be deducted from the order value paid as administrative and manufacturing expenses.
- Refusal to accept: If the customer refuses to accept the order from the shipping representative without a valid reason or legal justification (such as a defect in the product), 50% will be deducted from the amount paid in advance.
- Delivery delay: The customer is entitled to request cancellation of the order and a full refund only if the delivery period exceeds 120 working days and the product has not been delivered.
